Responsibilities

Agency Management

• Design TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up in their business on the platform.
• Design agency's benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
• Conduct day‑to‑day management directly with agency managers and their creators to materialize and iterate the strategic programs to deliver business results.
• Provide additional support to agencies and their creators for the needs related to content and platform guidelines.
