Job Duties

Assists Operations Officer with American Correctional Association (ACA) and Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards as well as other Facility Name Correctional Center standards. Provides administrative support to the operation's and/or Warden's office in the areas of compliance management, policy/procedure development, Inmate Grievance procedure. Serves as a liaison to the Attorney General's office. Assists the Operations Officer and/or Warden's office by researching and responding to inquiries from inmates, the general public and other Commonwealth of Virginia and Department of Corrections (DOC) employees on a variety of issues.
