Our Consumer Lending team is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join us in Ortigas as an Agency Manager or Agency Coordinator.

In this role, you will manage external collections agencies (ECAs), ensure the effective execution of collection strategies, analyze performance reports, and support operational compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also drive strategy enhancements, monitor portfolio coverage, and foster a customer-centric culture within the collections environment.
