Agency Operations Manager Graduate (TikTok LIVE) 2025 Start (BS/MS)

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local based agencies. Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations who focus on live-streaming
- Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem
- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globally
