Agency Receivable Management Lead

The Agency Receivable Management Lead is responsible for the effective governance, and recovery of consolidated receivables arising from both active and inactive advisors. The role entails close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, manage, and facilitate the timely collection of outstanding receivables from agency distributors. Key responsibilities include maintaining a structured engagement and regular cadence with the accredited collection agency, escalating delinquent accounts to Legal and Compliance for appropriate legal action, and actively monitoring the progress and outcomes of such cases. The Officer is also accountable for the accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of receivable balances, collection status, and movements to relevant stakeholders to support sound financial and risk management decisions.
