Job Summary

As an Associate in Agency Securities Finance Operations, you will provide regional operational support for Discretionary Securities Lending businesses. You will collaborate with global trading desks, monitor settlements, manage collateral, and drive process improvements. In this role, you will leverage your market knowledge and digital skills to deliver exceptional service, support client transitions, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ASF trading desks.
• Monitor client sales and ensure adequate inventory for settlement.
• Assist the trade desk with recalls, swaps, proxy events, buffer management, MSCI rebalance, and client transitions.
• Monitor securities lending trades to ensure settlement, liaising with counterparties and agent banks.
