Agency Unit Head (Davao)

The Agency Unit Head will be under the Salaried Agency Leaders Program and will participate in the activities of the recruiting leader’s zone. The role is an independent leader, focusing on recruitment, coaching and development of financial advisors.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct career opportunity seminars within the area assigned to them to prospect and recruit advisors to join the team.
+ Work in close coordination with the Head Office to drive social media sourcing strategy within their area.
+ Ensure smooth onboarding of the recruits and early activation, including completion of the First 100 Days Onboarding journey.
+ Follow and implement the Manulife agency system within the unit with activities including, but not limited to, joint field work with new advisors; coaching; performance reviews; unit meetings; business planning and goal setting; and activity management.
