Position Overview

The Patient Care Specialist is responsible for coordinating and scheduling podiatry appointments while supporting patients throughout their care journey. As the primary point of contact, this role ensures a smooth, efficient, and compassionate experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage podiatry appointments via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient visits.
