We are looking for a Full-Time Call Center Agents to join a dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality customers experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance calls, and providing support for Spanish-speaking patients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Patient Coordination: Answer incoming patient calls to schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
● Patient Experience Focus: Ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout the scheduling process.
● Translation Support: Assist with Spanish-English communication during calls with Spanish-speaking patients.
● Insurance Communication: Handle insurance-related calls and follow up on procedure-related matters.
● High Call Volume Management: Comfortably manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
