The MPS Agent is responsible for Consumables & Mailbox Management efficiently managing proactive consumable requests (XSM) and overseeing the MPS shared mailbox. This role ensures timely processing of toner and consumable orders, accurate logging of requests, and professional communication with customers. The agent serves as a key support function within the MPS environment by ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled within required timeframes and that all incoming communication is effectively handled and directed.
