Responsibilities

Mission: The Middle-Officer PERE is part of a team that is part of a new business line related to the Alternative Investment Fund Business.

His scope of clients is mainly AIFs and Securitization vehicles investing in non-financial products (No financials instruments).

Tasks and responsibilities:

Operational tasks related to Private Equity and Real Estate transactions

  • Processes payments and books the related deals in the system
  • Performs oversight duties and ownership-verification of Client assets 
  • Performs KYT analysis of Client assets (real estate etc...)
