Scope of Position: 
To provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI. 
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Communicate with our customers in executing export bookings.
Prepare various export documentation.
Command in internal export management systems 
Understand and follow internal standards and process to execute bookings.
Prepare and document customer’s requirements in SOP database. 
Screening of customer’s creditability before shipment.
Screening of denied parties before shipment.
Comprehend internal quality standards and compliance policies. Apply in day-to-day execution of bookings.
Handle billings to clients accurately and timely.
