To provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and to achieve the department’s objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI.

• Interact with our customers in processing their international shipments by following procedures set by the company in OPS, and meeting customer expectations.
• Understand department process flow and ensure correct entry in a timely manner.
• Prepare and update DLSOP to ensure all customers’ standard operating procedures are in place.
• Screen customers’ creditability before shipment.
• Screen MK denial parties before shipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing, within Expeditors and customer standards.
• Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers (shipping lines, trucking companies and CFS Provider and others involved).
