As an Agent – Ocean Import, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while delivering a high level of customer service.

You will support daily operations, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Operations

  • Open and manage import files in the system
  • Receive and verify shipping documents
  • Process shipments in line with company procedures
  • Monitor shipments and provide status updates
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Maintain accurate data entry in operational systems
  • Follow customer SOPs and compliance requirements

    • Customer Service

  • Communicate with customers promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with overseas offices and service providers
  • Resolve issues or escalate when needed
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers
