Description

Task Responsibilities: Material Shipping function

• Packaging and shipping spare parts in accordance with the ATA 300 spec.
• Raising Customs paperwork.
• Raising FedEx / TNT / DHL AWB's.
• Raising Cargolux and other carriers AWB's.
• Entering shipment data into the Trax system.
• Loading / offloading trucks by hand and with forklift
• General housekeeping in the area
• Maintaining filing records
• Assisting as required in associated departments

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French would be considered as a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pow...
