Agent - Store

Role Overview

As a Stores Agent, you will play a key role in the daily management of aircraft parts. Under the supervision of the Stores warehouse supervisor and Aviation Stores Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and ensuring the proper organization of all storage areas. This dynamic position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative to effectively support technical operations, including urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that shipments and material pickups are processed and expedited efficiently.
• Verify that all documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date.
• Material picking to support different projects.
• Material receiving and issuing in ERP systems (WINAIR, D365).
• Actively contribute to maintaining clean and well-organized storage areas.
• Support the senior stores agents in all tasks related to stores operations.
