Job Description
- Greets and ensures that all guests are always
assisted in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guests' names at every opportunity. - Registers and rooms all arrivals according to
established procedures. - Performs check -in, check -out, and room change
procedures and ensures all data is entered completely into the hotel system. - Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily
report of all money received. - Ensures that established procedures are completed
in accordance with policy and procedures. - Ensures that all calls are being handled both
courteously and professionally, and answered on a timely basis.
