Qualifications:
-C1 in English.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
-Full time availability.
-Prior experience in customer service, preferred.
-Medium knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email, Internet browsers, and search high proficiency preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively.
