Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support through phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a CSR or in a Logistics Coordinator role is also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
