Job Description

 Agentic AI Engineer
 Basking Ridge, NJ - hybrid
 Duration: 12 Months+

 Must Have: Agentic AI Engineer

 Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
 Hand-on knowledge using Gen AI
 Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS)and their application in real-world scenarios.
 Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
 Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Big Query, and IAM. 
 Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.Knowledge of Agentic AI
