Agentic & Generative AI Engineer

A leading semiconductor giant based in Eindhoven are seeking to bolster their team with a talented Agentic & Generative Edge AI Optimisation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize LLMs, multimodal, and VLA models for on-device deployment using quantization, pruning, distillation, and other efficiency techniques.
• Implement system-level optimizations (e.g., speculative decoding) to accelerate inference on edge devices.
• Develop small-scale agentic AI capabilities with safety, security, and reliable tool invocation.
• Deploy and benchmark models using frameworks like Ollama, llama.cpp, ONNX Runtime, and TFLite.
• Build proof-of-concepts and translate research innovations into production-ready solutions for industrial and edge AI applications.
