Agents/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside

Global Pacific Support is seeking dedicated Agents/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for coordinating timely and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance
• Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and service needed
• Utilize dispatch software to record service requests and dispatch appropriate personnel
• Coordinate the timely arrival of service providers to customer locations
