Aggregates Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process and optimize day-to-day activities - Roaming/Roving
• Supervises the Crusher Plant Operators - Consistent checking and assistance to Plant Operators; Provides assistance on materials/tools needed by the Plant Operators
• Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating with the Maintenance Team its condition
• Monitors production output according to specifications, quality and quarry report - Conducts bottlenecking and debottlenecking
• Prepares production reports, schedules and other related documents/data
• Conducts Toolbox Talks
• Prepares and Issues relevant work permits
• Ensures that the highest level of safety and environmental compliance is observe and maintain in the production area

Qualification

• Graduate of any Engineering Course
• With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing
