**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
+ Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance.
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
+ Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
