**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
+ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
+ This position requires daily, visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Background in aggregates or similar (concrete, ready-mix, cement, asphalt, building materials)
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
