Agile Coach

Role Summary:

Coaches the team on Agile principles. Sets up agile delivery model. Establishes the necessary templates, workflows and cadences. Hands over to the team and the scrum master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile maturity assessments.
• Identify organizational impediments to Agile adoption and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement Agile best practices and standards.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
