Agile Coach

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in multi‑team environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery models.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile values, frameworks, and ways of working to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify impediments, elevate issues, and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics.
• Enable Agile adoption across programs by standardizing practices, terminology, and team maturity models.
• Promote a culture of transparency, learning, and high performance.
