Job Title: Agile Coach
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the transformation of our Reporting and BI and Chatbot teams towards a more agile approach. The Agile Coach will be responsible for proposing the optimum structure of the team, implementing agile methodologies, and guiding the first few delivery iterations to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of agile practices. This is a limited engagement of 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the teams to adopt appropriate agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Assess the current team structure and recommend changes to optimise for agile delivery.
Provide training and mentoring to team members on agile principles, practices, and tools.
