Agile Coach (Queretaro)

PPG is in search of a Scrum Master to support two teams within the Global Custom Software Solutions Teams. Applicants for the position will work with geographically diverse delivery teams to lead Agile teams with scrum processes and scrum meetings, reporting, troubleshooting and problem resolution to manage project related to new business and product programs.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Mexico and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Educate employees at multiple levels on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
- Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile and overall company growth and improvement.
