Responsibilities

• Provide Agile consultancy services to government agencies and assist them in agile transformation.
• Evangelize the adoption of agile principles and practices across government agencies
• Partner with technical or product teams, Product Owners, government agencies, leadership and key stakeholders to grow the understanding of agile principles, methodologies and trade-offs in decision-making.
• Coach and develop teams’ skills in creating sound product and technical development strategies and design of experiment approaches for validation, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate product development and team collaboration workshops such as customer journey mapping, idea generation, complex problem- solving, root cause analysis, etc.
