Agile Coach

RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide Agile consultancy services to government agencies and assist them in agile transformation.
• Partner with technical or product teams, Product Owners, government agencies, leadership and key stakeholders to grow the understanding of agile principles, methodologies and trade-offs in decision-making.
• Coach and develop teams slkills in creating sound product and technical development strategies and design of experiment approaches for validation, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate product development and team collaboration workshops such as customer journey mapping, idea generation, complex problem-solving, root cause analysis, etc.
• Facilitate and mediate, as necessary, conflict resolution within teams and with key stakeholders, to uncover the underlying causes, foster empathy and respect for each other, and encourage collaborate to achieve desired outcomes,
