Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to accelerate the shift from traditional project management to data-driven, transparent, and collaborative delivery powered by the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Xray). You will act as both hands-on coach and change agent , guiding teams and leadership to replace PowerPoints, Excel trackers, and SteerCos with real-time dashboards, automated reporting, and modern agile practices
