Agile Delivery Lead

TEKsystems client is London is looking to add an Agile Delivery Lead to their team. This 6-month contract is best suited to someone with experience implementing a cloud based ERP, ideally Oracle Fusion. Responsibilities: • Lead agile delivery across multiple workstreams within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners, functional and technical teams to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on delivery status to stakeholders and governance forums. • Drive continuous improvement and coach teams on agile principles and practices. • Ensure compliance with programme governance and quality standards.
