What will you be doing?
Develop highly effective, collaborative delivery teams through mentoring, coaching, training, and facilitation.
Guide and coach, the team to follow the values and principles of agile to create an environment of self-organization and continuous improvement.
Work with the PO to ensure realistic Sprint/ incremental goals are set and consistently achieved with a focus on outcomes not tasks.
Ensuring impediments to team delivery are raised and resolved initially by coaching the team to solve them themselves.
Managing risks and documents as appropriately as they arise, escalating to Project Manager or technical roles as required.
Ensuring team dynamics grow in a positive way to promote smooth projects....
