About the Role

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for the adoption of Agile within AIA Malaysia, which will require working with people at individual, team, department and organizational level. You will need to provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to individuals; work to educate and support the adoption of Agile across all levels and roles; teach Agile processes and embody and encourage cultural change and mindset shift; and continually assess and evolve approach and strategy to Agile adoption catered towards the organization’s needs.

You will need to have a good understanding of the Agile product lifecycle, as well as execution capability of Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, and the ability to advise on the best fit and usage of tools depending on the product, team, or issue in question.
