We are seeking an exceptional Agile Programme Manager to lead Agile project teams in delivering innovative projects that drive game-changing value for our customers.

As an Agile Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, coaching and motivating Agile project teams to translate business objectives into deliverable projects.

Key Performance Agile and Project Planning: Provide the Agile team with tools and techniques to increase collaboration, innovation, adaptability and flexibility to perform at the highest level.

Establish and embed an adapted Agile Manifesto to govern the principles of Agile development within the company's innovation and moonshot projects. Employ and embed the Disciplined Agile Delivery framework and toolkit to guide the Agile teams' way of working.
