Type: Contractor (1099 or international contractor via EoR)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum daily availability at 12:00 PM EST for standups; weekly review call participation required)
Reports to: Operations Lead / Founder
Mission
Own the company's Agile delivery engine, release/deployment management, and ClickUp workspace. Clean up, standardize, and scale a world-class Agile program that ships reliably. Lead end-to-end software deployments (planning, QA/UAT, change control, cutover, post-deploy verification, rollback) and be hands-on with data tasks (SQL, migrations, basic scripting, API calls) to unblock delivery.

Day 30 – Assess & Stabilize
- Audit ClickUp (spaces, folders, lists, custom fields, automations, permissions). Deliver a gap analysis and remediation plan.
- Map environments (dev/stage/prod), release calendar, and stakeholders. Stand up change log and deployment checklist template.
