• Lead the Release Readiness process, defining production windows, validations, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and geographies to ensure synchronized execution.
• Ensure technical, regulatory, and business requirements are met before Go/No-Go decisions.
• Identify and manage technical, functional, and organizational dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment meetings with Scrum teams, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
• Escalate and manage blockers or critical decisions impacting delivery.
