Engaging with stakeholders, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, championing Agile values and ensuring team alignment. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex projects while addressing risks and utilizing data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines and track work progress
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for distributed teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlogs
• Conduct business readiness planning and deployment
• Work with external vendors for seamless integrations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience in wealth management
