Your new company

A well-known Property Developer in Kuala Lumpur's elite and prime location. Established in 1964, they have properties all over elite areas in KL, in Australia, the UK and Pakistan as well.

It is a lifestyle mall with 170 tenants at the moment with an office building connected to it.

Your new role

This role would oversee the operations, security, leasing and festivities of a shopping centre in KL's prime location of Bangsar.

You would have 4 direct reports under you with a team size of 45 people. Your reporting would be to the CEO and Retail Director.
Handling the tenancy liaison, leasing, ops, security and marketing of the mall.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have mall background and experience - preferably within lifestyle and lux

Small- medium-sized mall experience would be ideal. <...
