Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Leading the Real Estate growth for the region including new site selection & Due Diligence for the Building, successful commercial negotiation, and overall portfolio management
• Proficient in negotiating and closing out legal agreements (LOI, lease, addendum) with landlords
• Strong with interpersonal skills to arrive new site selections to closure in conjunction with IPC partners, legal, operations team & other stakeholders.
• Become familiar with all building leases and building rules and regulations with a proficiency to review and resolve conflicts.
• Follow up with landlords in a timely manner on resolution of complaints, status of leads & tenant service requests and miscellaneous tenant requirements
