2. Establish and maintain cordial relationships at all levels with major customers and other key clients.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activity for making the right business strategy.
6. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
