Role:
Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Projects functions to ensure reliable plant operations, regulatory compliance, safety, and continuous improvement in an API manufacturing facility.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Manage plant engineering, maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance.
Oversee utilities such as HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Water Systems, and ETP.
Lead plant expansion, debottlenecking, and automation projects.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
