Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Management
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems.
Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all production and utility equipment.
Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems.
Maintain maintenance MIS, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
2. Machinery & Equipment Responsibility
Responsible for maintenance, performance, and commissioning (if required) of:
A. Corrugation Line (2/3/5/7 Ply)
Single Facer Machines
Double Backer
Pre-heaters & Pre-conditioners
Glue Kitchen & Starch Preparation System
Sheet Cut-off & Stacker
