Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems.
- Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all production and utility equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems.
- Maintain maintenance MIS, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
- Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
2. Machinery & Equipment Responsibility
Responsible for maintenance, performance, and commissioning (if required) of:
A. Corrugation Line (2/3/5/7 Ply)
- Single Facer Machines
- Double Backer
- Pre-heaters & Pre-conditioners
- Glue Kitchen & Starch Preparation System
