Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all production and utility equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems.
• Maintain maintenance MIS, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
• Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.

2. Machinery & Equipment Responsibility

Responsible for maintenance, performance, and commissioning (if required) of:

A. Corrugation Line (2/3/5/7 Ply)
