Finance Performance & Operations Leader – Commercial Risk / AGRC NA
AGRC Finance Ops Leader within Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) North America is a pivotal leadership role for the creation and development in the North American Center-of-Excellence (CoE). The Finance Ops Leader will be responsible for carrying out Financial Performance and Quality & Compliance initiatives that align with Commercial Risk’s strategic objectives. The role will be serve as the CoE leader and helix report to the AGRC NA Chief Business Officer.
Financial Performance:
+ Oversee AGRC NA’s Order to Cash Process
+ Perform month-end-close activities to time entry, revenue recognition, expense allocation and ad hoc reporting
+ Develop / improve dashboards to provide key metrics to business leaders with the goal of transparency and accountability on the financials.
