Agricultural Equipment Graduate Position

We are working with an industry-leading organization seeking a college graduate to join a hands-on Agricultural Equipment Development Program. This 12–24 month rotational program is designed to develop future Territory Technical Representatives and Product Specialists within the agricultural equipment industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who grew up around farm equipment and want a long-term career working directly with machinery, customers, and field operations—not stuck behind a desk.

Duties:

• Work directly with agricultural equipment in real-world field environments
• Support equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Partner with customers and internal teams to solve technical issues
