Agricultural Operations Officer

WE'RE HIRING: FARM AGRICULTURIST / AGRONOMIST

Location: Barangay Diaz, Umingan, Pangasinan
Work Setup: Preferably stay-out (stay-in negotiable)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Associate Director for Operations / Farm Management

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production calendars for pasture, fruit-bearing trees, and vegetable crops
• Plan timelines and programs for seedling production, delivery, and planting activities
• Ensure timely and proper execution of approved farm programs
• Monitor land utilization and crop performance to maximize yield and efficiency
• Supervise and lead farm personnel to achieve production targets
• Submit accurate and timely progress reports to Farm Management
