Agricultural Tech Sales Lead — Spain (Equity & Relocation)

At Voltrac, we are on a mission to strengthen Europe’s food security and defence with an autonomous electric tractor to free farmers from drudgery and keep soldiers out of harm’s way. The 3.5 tonnes platform is currently being tested at vineyards, olive orchards and citrus groves across Spain - check out our website to see it in action. We are about to scale manufacturing to 100 units yearly, and are looking to match the sales accordingly.

You will be Voltrac’s key person setting the sales strategy for our agricultural product in Spain, working closely with the founders and owning the full sales funnel. Together with colleagues you will go from prospecting to signing pre-orders and purchase agreements. Your mandate: convert early interest into the paid deployments that will shape European farming.
